If you feel that a particular candidate's profile is not suited to the particular job posting you've made, you can deleted them from the list.

Step 1: Go to  Human Resources > Jobs > Job Applicant from your dashboard

Step 2: Then, tick the box of particular candidates that you want to delete. You can also do multiple delete.  

Step 3: Done! The selected candidates has been deleted
