We understand that rely only towards one talent pool may not performed as fast as it can be! But don't worry, you can have different sources of talent pool and still able to manage your shortlisted candidates in Tmra. Amazing right? 

Step 1: Go to Human Resources > Jobs > Job Applicant from your Dashboard

Step 2: Select "Add Job Applicant" on the right top side

Step 3: Fill the candidates information

Step 4: Insert your new candidates sources and give ratings to their profile. It'll be very helpful for you to shortlisted the most suitable candidates!  

Step 5: Don't forget to upload their resume and highlight their salary range to review if it's match your company budget.

Step 6: Select Save to record the applicants data
